A Weekend of Yoga Nidra to Return to the Ground of Being
This is more than setting an intention… It’s an invitation to affirm the value of your life, to reconnect with what matters most, and to allow your energy to move in alignment with that knowing.
This weekend is an invitation to pause… to step out of the constant movement of doing, fixing, and becoming… and return to the unchanging ground of Being that is already here. Through the practice of Yoga Nidra, gentle meditation, and self-inquiry, you’ll be guided into a space that is safe, grounded, and deeply restorative. As the body softens and the breath becomes more easeful, the nervous system begins to unwind… revealing something simple, yet profound—you are not the story, but the awareness in which it unfolds.
From this foundation of rest, we shift from thinking to feeling. The body becomes the doorway. Sensations—often resisted or overlooked—are revealed as intelligent messengers, guiding us back to what has been held, stuck, or unresolved. Rather than trying to fix anything, we learn to meet experience directly. And in that meeting, what once felt like an obstacle begins to move… unfold… and dissolve. As energy frees itself, we naturally return to a deeper sense of presence, wholeness, and connection to the source of who we are.
From here, intention arises, not as something we force, but as a natural expression of clarity and alignment. This final phase of the weekend is an opportunity to craft meaningful, embodied intentions that reflect your truest self. We’ll explore the deeper essence of intention—beyond goals or affirmations—and plant these seeds within the fertile ground of Yoga Nidra. This is more than setting an intention… It’s an invitation to affirm the value of your life, to reconnect with what matters most, and to allow your energy to move in alignment with that knowing. You’ll be guided through five deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practices and simple meditations to support this integration—so you leave not only feeling renewed, but rooted in a new way of being.
