What is Tri-BEing?
Tri-BEing is a unique approach to recognizing one's wholeness. It is recognizing the truth of who you are and unlocks a deep down sense of inner peace that has always been with you.
Tri-BEing is a path on which we learn how to create life mastery using the methods of meditation, Yoga Nidra, mindfulness and other healing modalities and we access an underlying sense of being.
About this Class
Be a part of my newest offering —Tri-BEing Community Class — and learn to integrate the life-enhancing principles of Tri-BEing into your daily life as you share in a transformative experience with new friends.
- We'll gather online every Wednesday from 4:00-5:30pm PDT and learn stress reduction and restorative tools and techniques.
- We'll listen to diverse points-of-view and share our own experiences to help each of us gain life mastery and strengthen bonds within our group.
- We'll explore our emotions and share among the group what we've learned along the way.
- Each session will end with a Yoga Nidra experience to integrate and ground what we've learned.
Whether you're new to meditation or you're an advanced practitioner, I believe you'll find our community format supportive, empowering, lasting and fun!
