About this Workshop

Are you having feelings about your feelings? or avoiding them altogether?

So often we carry around emotion attached to a situation or event. Sometimes we don’t even realize we are doing it. Getting stuck in emotion can prevent us from truly living freely and authentically.

During this three-hour workshop you will have the opportunity to:

  1. Participate in two yoga nidra experiences
  2. Develop a deeper understanding of the role of emotions and how to identify blocks
  3. Gain more equanimity around feelings
  4. Uncover a process to neutralize and integrate emotions back to source

A few items to have handy for immersion in this experience:

  • Safe space to sit or lie down
  • Blanket
  • Eye pillow
  • Notebook
  • Pen
  • Open mind
